ECL have undertaken Business Evaluation projects through the Welsh Assembly Government Specialist Support programme eg. LRMC.

 

 

 

 

Southern Electric Consulting engaged ECL to assist them within the Bid Preparation for key street lighting Partnerships. The main area of assistance was the writing of SEC method statements, these documents formed a major contribution to the bid submission and key to client side bid evaluation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We were approached by potential  investors to carry out a Business Evaluation of the Livestock Registration & Movement Centre. This small start-up company offered a number of unique services to Farmers and was introducing new technology for data transfer of movement records via electronic scanners using GPRS technologies.
